The Gathering Hall

300 person modernized indoor event space - Tenting available for larger parties

Beautifully renovated 300 person indoor facility featuring updated restrooms, a commercial staging kitchen, windows & double doors throughout, hardwood floors, dimmable lighting, and 5000 square feet of outdoor entertainment space overlooking a 45-acre reservoir. Tenting available for events over 300 guests.

The Mill Barn

10 to 40 person two story facility overlooking the orchard

With its stone foundation dating back to 1854, the character of the Mill Barn tells a story everywhere you go. The top floor, "Orchard Room" features a massive stone fireplace, hand milled hardwoods, seated space for 40 guests, and a balcony that overlooks the orchard. As guests journey to the lower level, they will find the "Highpoint Speakeasy". With stone walls throughout, whiskey barrel tables, an antique bar, this speakeasy feels like you've stepped back in time to the days of prohibition with a walk out onto the orchard grounds.

From wedding ceremony to corporate retreat, Highpoint has the space for any type of special occasion. In addition to our unique indoor event spaces, the property features a number of ceremony & celebratory spaces. Including 1400 apple trees, a 3 acre pumpkin patch, an acre of sunflower fields, an 1858 built homestead estate, and grassy fields overlooking a 45 acre reservoir.

Gathering Hall rental pricing for smaller occasions;

Monday- Wednesday and Sunday- $1000- Pricing includes access to the building for up to 5 hours (of your choosing) between 9am-9pm and set up/tear down of all tables, chairs, and black linens by Highpoint staff.

Set up and tear down of personal belongings and decorations must be completed during the 5 hours.

During the months of December- March the Gathering Hall is available on Thursdays, Friday and Saturdays.

Bookings can not be made more than 4 months in advance.

You may use any caterer you choose. All alcohol must be purchased through Highpoint and served through Highpoint Bartenders.

THE MILLBARN:

The Mill Barn is available Monday- Thursday and on Sunday until 9pm.

The Mill Barn is not available to be rented out for weddings.

Mill Barn Pricing -

$400- Pricing includes access to the building for up to 5 hours (of your choosing) between 9am-9pm and set up/tear down of all tables, chairs, and black linens by Highpoint staff.

Set up and tear down of personal belongings must be completed during the 5 hours.

During the months of December- March the Millbarn can be rented out on Friday and Saturday for $550 for 5 hours.

Bookings can not be made more than 4 months in advance
